Kali Hotel and Rooftop Tops Out at Hollywood Park

KPC Development Company announces the topping out of Kali Hotel and Rooftop, Autograph Collection, a $300-million, 300-key hotel rising at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California one step closer to its anticipated opening in September 2026.

The symbolic raising of the ceremonial steel beam marks the topping out achievement, signaling completion of the building’s structural frame. With this major phase complete, visible progress continues throughout the site, with windows already installed on the third floor and advancing on higher levels, while concrete has been poured for the hotel’s 12th-floor rooftop and helistop.

At the ceremony held on September 10, 2025, local dignitaries and leadership from the City of Inglewood, the builder Clayco, Hollywood Park, and KPC Development Company recognized the contributions of individuals instrumental in the project’s construction phase.

Kali Hotel and Rooftop complements the thriving ecosystem taking shape at Hollywood Park, the largest urban mixed-use development under construction in the Western U.S., being built by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke. The live, work and play destination recently announced the addition of a state-of-the-art movie studio and production facility to the 300-acre campus.
