designjunction

Posted in Events on 28 July, 2017

After its most successful show to date in 2016, the seventh edition of designjunction returns to the spectacular King’s Cross site. designjunction presents more than 200 of the world’s most iconic design brands to the world’s leading design professionals. It is a junction connecting the industry – a place to meet, do business and be inspired.

Spanning five destinations, expect to discover a unique mix of furniture, lighting, accessory, material and technology brands alongside pop-up shops, installations and large-scale activations.

Highlight projects include: Renault’s immersive installation on Granary Square where concept car TreZor will be displayed; Rado will showcase the finalists of the Rado Star Prize UK in The Crossing, presenting their responses to the theme ‘Design Meets Time’; Turkishceramics will unveil a bespoke installation by Adam Nathaniel Furman set between the fountains and Campari will transform the canal into a mini Navigli-Tortona serving cocktails from a customised barge.

As always, designjunction is set to be the platform for hundreds of product launches from global brands including: Another Country, Bethan Gray, Channels, Deadgood, Decode, Design House Stockholm, Fredericia, Friends & Founders, Humanscale, LSA International, Icons of Denmark, Isokon Plus, James Burleigh, Morgan Furniture, TON, Very Good & Proper – and many more.

Designed to inspire, provoke and inform, designjunction is delighted to relaunch its talks programme, which will take place at the nearby Stanley Building, part of The Office Group.
