Grand Park Kodhipparu To Open In 2017
A joint venture by Park Hotel Group and Singapore based Chip Eng Seng Corporation ltd (CES) will see the development and management of a new resort in the Maldives, Grand Park Kodhipparu.
Grand Park Kodhipparu is scheduled to open in 2017, with 120 villas and will be the second partnership between the CES Corporation and the Park Hotel Group.
Located in North Male’ Atoll, the resort is 15 minutes away by speedboat from the countries’ biggest international airport, Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. Grand Park Kodhipparu is designed by the famous Hirsch Bedner Associates and features a range of beach-front pool villas, overwater villas with direct access to the crystal clear cerulean waters of the Maldives and overwater pool villas that come with a private infinity pool.

The group also has already set high targets for the future involving expansion into countries such as Australia, Malaysia and South Korea and has plans to open two new hotels in Seoul and Singapore in 2017.
