Susan Heng
Partner, Silverfox Studios, Singapore
Monika Moser
Regional Managing Director, Wilson Associates, London, New York, Paris

Monika is a hotelier at heart. With an MBA in Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School and over 20 years’ experience in hotel operations, she’s an authority in luxury hospitality.
A German native who grew up in South America, Monika developed a passion for art, music, literature and language. She is now fluent in five languages. As Managing Director of Wilson’s atelier in Paris and design office in London, Monika is a brand ambassador who supports the firm’s strategic initiatives. A cultural aficionado, she frequents the opera and loves listening to Rachmaninoff while drinking a malt whiskey. However, her greatest treasure is spending time with her daughter, Clara.


Ivaylo Lefterov
Development Director, Svart Hotel, Norway

Ivaylo has over 20 years of experience in the luxury hotel development and management industry, encompassing everything from site allocation and acquisition, hotel design and construction to operations and marketing/sales.
Ivaylo’s experience covers the establishment and development of small boutique hotels and large-scale resort projects such as The Mirage, Cape Town, Umhlaba Wildlife Resort, South Africa, The Cliff Beach&Spa, Bulgaria, Cibola Vista Resort, Arizona, USA, Villas Del Mar Palmar, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and currently as Development Director of the Svart Hotel — the first energy-positive hotel.
Ivaylo holds a BA in Architecture from NSAD in San Diego, an Ms EPDP (European Property Planning and Development) from UCL in London, and an Architecture and Development degree from Architecture College of Building and Design in Bulgaria.

Graham Craggs
Managing Director, JLL Hotels and Hospitality, EMEA

Graham is Managing Director responsible for the advisory businesses of JLL Hotels and Hospitality on an EMEA wide basis. His background is in all areas of hospitality real estate consulting with a focus on valuations and development/hotel operator selection.
Graham has excellent knowledge of a wide range of countries throughout Europe and the issues driving the sourcing of debt and equity for different opportunities in these markets.
Graham acts on behalf of many clients, ranging from hotel owners, investors and operators to banks. He has advised on a wide range of hotels and resorts throughout Europe, together with associated facilities including golf courses, spas, and casinos.


Matt White
Director, Silverfox Studios, UK

Matt was born and educated in the UK. His career in hotel, hospitality and F&B design began in the early 1990s. During his 11 years with the global industry leaders Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), Matt was a Senior Associate in both the firm’s Singapore and London studios, before being appointed as Principal of HBA London.
Now in Matt’s eighth year with Silverfox Studios, he is based in the UK office, involved with strategic and global business development, research and marketing.


Jeremy Grove
Managing Director & Head of Design, Sibley Grove, UK

Jeremy is a co-founder of Sibley Grove, an interior design practice based in Totnes, Devon. Before Sibley Grove, Jeremy spent nearly ten years working for some of London’s leading design practices. However, he was uncomfortable with the increasingly throwaway nature of the interiors industry, and its impacts on the environment. Sibley Grove was set up to respond to a growing need for change, to re-think how we approach design and create positive environmental and social change.
The studio specialises in the hospitality market, designing hotels, bars and restaurants in both the UK and overseas. They recently completed The Counting House Hotel and The Chamberlain, and are currently on-site with a brand-new 280-bedroom hotel in the Middle East, due September 2020.


Katerina Katopis
Director, Dolphin Capital Partners, Greece

Katerina is the PR, Sales & Marketing Director at Dolphin Capital Partners with more than 20 years experience in Greece and Japan. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Minors in Statistical Mathematics and Business Administration from Boston University and an M.Sc. in European Studies from the LSE. Prior to joining Dolphin, Katerina was the General Manager of the Greek Japanese Chamber of Commerce, and an advisor to the CEO of the ‘Invest in Greece Agency’. She has also worked in banking in Japan, specialising in investments of Japanese trading abroad.
At Dolphin Katerina oversees all PR, sales and marketing activities on a company and project level, including promoting and facilitating sales of all luxury branded real estate of the Group, collaborating with the hotel operators, creating marketing strategies and liaising with the international press. Katerina is also a freelance journalist to a number of Greek and foreign publications specializing in luxury travel, gastronomy and lifestyle, and is the editor of the Istanbul Luxe City Guide as well as a travel advisor for a number of exclusive concierge services companies. Katerina is a member of the Greek Economic Chamber. She is a marathoner and enjoys travel, scuba diving, flying and photography.


Patrick Waring
Partner, Silverfox Studios, Singapore

Patrick was born and educated in London, United Kingdom. He worked for Michael Aukett Associates before moving to Singapore in 1992, where he joined a four-man team at Wilson Associates. Patrick was Deputy Managing Director at WA, this included assisting with the development of the business to a staff strength of over 150.
In 2007, Patrick decided to leave WA to set up in partnership at Silverfox Studios. This is now a thriving international design consultancy with projects in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.


Sophie Harper
Editor, SPACE, HOTEL Spec, Interior Contracting & Design Spec, UK

Sophie is the Editor of Purple Media’s hospitality and design portfolio, including Hotel Spec and SPACE magazine, two of the hospitality industry’s most fundamental publications on international hotel design.
Having spent the last decade in the publishing industry, Sophie is an established journalist within both travel and design sectors. She has worked on some of the UK’s biggest publications, whilst helping to develop smaller brands with a focus on improving editorial quality and value.
An avid globetrotter Sophie spends a lot of her time in remarkable destinations, reviewing hotels and resorts to give SPACE readers a unique insight into the relevance of design for the modern traveller.
