Amàre Marbella Beach Hotel reopens for 2018

New for 2018, Amàre Marbella’s Verité terrace will be taken over by Michelin-starred chef, Mauricio Giovanini, who will transform the beachside venue into Marbella’s first and only Latin American restaurant from mid-June to mid-September. Giovanini, who won a Michelin Star for his Messina Restaurant, will bring his experience and flair to Verité, serving up a fusion of flavours from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru and Brazil in a fun, casual atmosphere with live music, cooking stations and cocktails bars.

Amàre Marbella will continue to offer guests a packed programme of live music, with jazz, soul and Flamenco at Amàre Lounge and new DJs lined up to play at Belvue rooftop bar, where guests can enjoy stunning 360° views over the Mediterranean Sea, Marbella’s Old Town and the majestic Sierra Blanca mountain range. The Amàre Art initiative, which offers guests a rolling display of exhibitions throughout the hotel will also return, with a special opening show by Spanish photographer Jesús Chacón.
