Baglioni Hotels & Resorts launches latest Hotel in Milan
Baglioni Hotels & Resorts has officially opened its latest Milanese hotel, Casa Baglioni, in the design district of Brera – an area known as the ‘artists’ district’ for its timeless charm and considered the most beautiful in Milan.
With spaces that draw inspiration from the art and design world of 1960s Milan, the hotel is a stone’s throw from the city’s best luxury boutiques, art galleries, antique markets and chic cocktail bars. The property houses 30 suites and guest rooms, a living area, an impressive wine cellar and a destination restaurant by Michelin-starred Chef Claudio Sadler.
As its name suggests, Casa Baglioni – a new member of the prestigious partner network The Leading Hotels of the World – is positioned as an emblem of Italian hospitality excellence. “Being known as a brand for having hotels across Italy’s major art cities, I am so pleased and proud to return to Milan, an essential destination for our collection.”, commented Guido Polito, Group CEO. “As well as being a hot spot during Milan Fashion Weeks, Casa Baglioni Milan will offer exceptional food & beverage and a carefully curated programme of cultural experiences that showcase the best of the Brera district, the Italian spirit and culture”.

Intricate design details include lighting designed by Panzeri, wallpaper by Rubelli, fabrics by Dedar and taps and fittings by Zucchetti. The hotel also features pieces from the designer Gala Rotelli’s “Cromie domestiche” collection, a symphony of metalwork, colourful glass, and hand-decorated craft ceramics in simple, archetypal forms with vivid primary and secondary colour.
Casa Baglioni offers 7 different types of accommodation – from Superior Rooms steeped in the spirit of ’60s Milan and its art and design, to the 113-sqm Brera Presidential Suite, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a private terrace and living area.
