Bespoke Hotels appointed to oversee management and rebranding of former Park Inn, Thurrock
Bespoke Hotels is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to oversee the management of the former Park Inn, Thurrock, an elegant 18th century Georgian mansion, surrounded by 6 acres of parkland in the heart of the Essex countryside.
Under Bespoke Hotels’ stewardship, the property will also undergo a rebrand, to be known as the Stifford Hall Hotel, with a greater emphasis placed on its location within the village of North Stifford, as well as its unique array of facilities, including 97 bedrooms, 11 versatile meeting rooms and three banqueting suites, informal bar & grill restaurant, and convenient location just 20 minutes from Central London.
“We are delighted to have secured a lease to operate and manage the Stifford Hall Hotel”, commented Graham Marskell, Managing Director of Bespoke Hotels. “It is both a property and a location with tremendous potential, which will significantly enhance our portfolio across the South East of England.”
“We are excited both to have secured the expertise and experience of Bespoke Hotels, as well as to have agreed a rebranding strategy which will enhance the character of the Stifford Hall Hotel”, added Kristian Dijkstra of C1 Capital. “We are extremely keen to emphasise the unique qualities of the property, and feel this new brand identity will provide an ideal vehicle through which to achieve this.”
