Champneys has announced its expansion plan with the acquisition of Eastwell Manor, Kent. Champneys will operate the historic hotel under the title of Champneys at Eastwell and will provide quality, expert-led health and beauty offerings in line with its other health spa resorts.

Eastwell Manor House sits within 3,000 acres with perfectly manicured lawns and beautiful grounds in the heart of the Kent countryside, 30 minutes from St Pancras London. The hotel comprises 62 bedrooms and suites, two restaurants, a spa and leisure facilities. A building of true historic beauty, with origins dating back to the Norman conquest, the hotel maintains many traditional features which include carved panel rooms and large baronial stone fire places.

As the original health spa pioneers, Champneys is still true to its innovative heritage. Established in 1925, it continues to enhance each guest’s visit by breaking new ground in health and wellness in a welcoming, friendly environment and providing accessibility for all. The Champneys Group currently operates 4 Resort Spas and 6 City Spas in the UK. The combination of over 100 spa and beauty treatments, specialist retreats, expert advice, informative talks, classes, medical services, nutritious food, spirituality and surroundings make Champneys the ultimate immersive and affordable health spa experience.

This is an exciting year for the brand as significant investments have been made at both Champneys Forest Mere and Champneys Tring in the past 12 months, and further transformations are planned for Champneys Henlow and Champneys Springs, offering some of the most advanced and cutting-edge facilities. Eastwell Manor is expected to complete a refurbishment programme by Summer 2017.
