EAST, welcome to Miami
Swire Hotels has announced EAST, Miami at Brickell City Centre. Slated to open May 2016, the hotel groups first United States and the third hotel under the EAST brand.
Designed by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by Clodagh Design, the property will offer 263 rooms and 89 serviced apartments known as EAST Residences. The hotel will feature meeting rooms, common areas, 24-hour fitness and wellness centre, generous guestrooms that will boast modern décor as well as a paperless arrival and departure experience.
Inside the rooms, guests will be able to enjoy stunning views of the city through floor-to-ceiling windows, which include multi-control panel for blinds and mood lighting, not to mention having the average largest room size among hotels in Miami.
The hotel’s two restaurants will be dynamic and pulsating and in true Miami style, the hotel will also feature a rooftop destination. The outer pool deck, which includes an outdoor plunge pool, will be used for private events.
Guests of EAST, Miami can expect to experience the local community’s eclectic and international street life, art installations and urban culture showcased throughout the property.
