Hilton Hotels & Resorts opens its first hotel in Morocco
Hilton Hotels & Resorts is marking its debut in Morocco with the official opening of the Hilton Tangier City Center Hotel & Residences.
Close to the Mediterranean Sea, the new hotel offers panoramic views of the city, contains four restaurants and has direct access to the Tangier City Mall.
Hilton Tangier City Center Hotel & Residences has 180 rooms and suites, covering an area of 24,482 m². The first five-star Hilton Worldwide hotel in Morocco sits opposite Tangier Train Station, while Tangier-Ibn Batouta International Airport is 14 km away.
With a whole floor dedicated to meetings and events, Hilton Tangier City Center Hotel & Residences offers nearly 400 m² of meeting space for events that can accommodate up to 200 people.
The hotel also offers its guests use of the rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, in addition to its 24-hour fitness centre that includes a sauna, gym and steam room.
Hilton Tangier City Center Hotel & Residences is a property of Inveravante. It is the second unit of the group in Tangier after the Hilton Garden Inn Tangier City Center, a four-star hotel opened in June 2016. The new hotel is part of Hilton Honors®, the award winning guest loyalty program for Hilton’s 14 distinct hotel brands.
