The design of the hotel takes its inspiration from nature and is brought to life through the use of natural materials such as stone and wood and a soft, tonal colour palette that runs throughout.

Central to the property’s ability to draw in local life are its dynamic restaurants and bars. Sycamore Vino Cucina ensures that guests and locals mingle throughout the day. With its all-day menu of Italian and Californian dishes which invite sharing and indulgence, the ambience is fun, informal and sociable. Live DJs take the experience beyond the food and ensure the buzz continues late into the night.

Overlooking Sycamore, and for those seeking a little more seclusion, The Balcony is a relaxing haven serving an all-day, globally inspired menu in a tranquil setting.
