Allied London has announced that Nadler Hotels, will create a 10-storey hotel within a new landmark residential tower at St. John’s Place, St. John’s.

Known as the original smart-luxury design hotel, Nadler hotels are at home in some of the UK’s most stylish and buzzing neighbourhoods, and their St. John’s Place hotel will be their first Manchester site.

The 110-key hotel will sit below residential apartments, cafés, restaurants and wellbeing facilities and offer well-priced, quality rooms and suites, all featuring Nadler’s signature mini-kitchen and original contemporary interior design.

St. John’s Place will be situated at the gateway to Allied London’s new St. John’s neighbourhood and the tower has been inspired by mid-century classical architecture and offers unparalleled views across Manchester. Born out of St. John’s deliberate architectural strategy, the building will be an elegant and classic tower that is appropriate for the existing landscape of Manchester, but created for the future. Surrounded by beautiful, green space, St. John’s Place will feel like home, whether you’re there for one night, one year or one lifetime.

Michael Ingall, Allied London’s Chief Executive, commented: “We are making homes – and homes away from home at St. John’s Place; we are creating a place for the future, and we are doing it with quality design and unrivalled brands. Nadler are a great fit for St. John’s and for Manchester; their hotel will be stylish, smart and welcoming and will form a huge part of the St. John’s Place lifestyle when it launches in 2019.

Robert Nadler commented: “Allied London’s developments are all about creating communities. Our hotels differentiate themselves from other brands through our emphasis on sustainability, in particular social sustainability. We are therefore very excited to be working in partnership with a land-owner who shares our ethos.”
