New Executive Creative Director at Elmwood NYC
Brand design consultancy Elmwood has appointed Meg Beckum as Executive Creative Director for New York. Leading the creative strategy and delivery for Elmwood New York, she brings with her expertise in the area of design and creative strategy, brand development, corporate branding, and verbal identity. |

With more than 18 years’ experience, Meg has helped businesses uncover, craft, and cultivate brands that deliver customer value and drive real impact. In her new post at Elmwood, Meg is responsible for elevating all aspects of creative strategy and output and will be introducing new methodologies, nurturing top talent, bringing visual and verbal identity closer together, and building agile and collaborative teams.

I’m focused on continually evolving and improving the ways we work, think, and create so that we can push our clients in new directions,” said Meg Beckum.
Prior to joining Elmwood, Meg worked as a creative lead at Sullivan, Interbrand, and AKQA where she built comprehensive brand programmes, integrated campaigns and immersive customer experiences for some the most iconic brands including American Express, AT&T, Avon, Planned Parenthood, Teach for America, and Verizon.
Meg will also work to deepen the studio’s involvement with the greater New York design community. She serves on the board of AIGA NY, where she chairs the organisation’s community committee and advocates for design within the city’s civic and cultural life.
Meg will work closely with Nulty White, Head of Client Partnerships and Studio Lead at Elmwood NYC.
