New Opening: Franschhoek House, by The Royal Portfolio
The Royal Portfolio, South Africa’s preeminent luxury hotel group, has a new property opening this month. Franschhoek House is an absolutely breathtaking six-bed private villa, set in the La Residence Estate.
The interiors have been designed by owner Liz Biden, in her characteristically maximalist and vibrant design, part inspired by Africa’s bird life. As with all her hotels, the villa has an extensive collection of contemporary African art.
