Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Launches in Santorini

MonteRock International in collaboration with Epoque Collection proudly presents Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini, which will open its doors in Spring 2022.

Nobu Hospitality, the international lifestyle hotel chain, founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper and showcasing a portfolio of 26 hotels around the globe, for the very first time invests in Greece, starting from one of the top destinations of the country, the enchanting Imerovigli.

The boutique hotel promises to seduce all five senses: the restaurant houses a second to none gastronomic experience, serving signature Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine. The signature two-level infinity pool offers unobstructed views of the island’s famed sunset. The luxurious rooms and villas with private pools become a safe haven, offering panoramic views of both the impressive Caldera and the Aegean Sea. The gym, along with the fully equipped spa room encapsulate an oasis of wellness.
