Shangri-La Hotel At The Shard London awarded five red stars
Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London have been awarded five red stars at the AA Hospitality Awards for its exceptional hospitality. Five red stars is the highest rating given by AA inspectors who select the best hotels within each star rating. These hotels stand out as the very best in the British Isles and are known as ‘Inspectors’ Choice’ hotels.
In order to achieve the esteemed AA rating, Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London passed a number of detailed inspections covering all aspects of service, food, bedrooms, bathrooms and cleanliness. Winners are then selected in recognition of excellence.
Upon joining the elite group of five red star hotels in the UK, Paul Brackley, General Manager at Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London said: “Winning this award truly means the world to all of us at the hotel.
