SPACE to host talk at this year’s Hotelympia

SPACE’s Features Editor Tonje Odegard will host the panel discussion EATING WITH YOUR EYES at this year’s Hotelympia event on Tuesday 6 March.

The talk, taking place at 3.45pm at the Hospitality Futures Stage, includes panellists Claire Smith, Project Consultant at ABDA Design, and architect and interior designer Yasmine Mahmoudieh, who will explore the topic of design in different aspects of hospitality.

Guided by Tonje, the panellists will discuss around the pitch: “Design never sleeps. And whether it’s your coffee shop, canteen, banqueting hall or fine dining restaurant, updates to keep in pace with fashion and consumer behaviour are always anticipated. And vision must tally with practical concerns. Find out those across-the-board design developments that your business needs to be fully aware of.”
