S&T opens first regional office in the Northern Powerhouse, Leeds

S&T Interiors and Contracting has been redefining luxury globally for over four decades. Specialising in refurbishment, re-fit and construction, S&T has worked on over 150 landmark projects in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the UK.

With the expansion of S&T in the UK, Leeds was the obvious place to open its first office outside London. The company will be based in the West One complex to coordinate projects in the region. Headed up by John Currie, who has been based in the Leeds region most of his working life overseeing numerous new build, refurbishment, large scale structural alterations and full turn-key solutions. John has worked on projects from high-end residential, student accommodation and hospitality areas to leisure, health-care and education. He will be supported by an established team that can provide a full main contracting service delivering highly complex projects across all sectors, from heavy industrial through to residential.

The offices in Wellington Street are strategically based in the financial district of Leeds within an eight minute walk of the train station. The Northern team will offer a full main contracting service throughout Yorkshire, the North West, the North East and the Midlands.
