Thomas Hagemann appointed as new COO of MEININGER Hotels

MEININGER Hotels has announced the appointment of Thomas Hagemann to the position of Chief Operating Officer, Europe, with effect from 1 August 2018. Reporting to CEO, Hannes Spanring, he will sit on the MEININGER Board and will be based at the Company’s headquarters in Berlin, Germany.

In his capacity as COO, Europe, he will oversee the group’s regional hotel operations as well as facilities management.

Thomas has an impeccable record of hotel pre-openings in over 20 countries. In his most recent position as VP Technical & Pre- Opening Service for the Radisson Hotel Group, Thomas was based in Singapore and clearly demonstrated his exceptional project management across a wide array of cultures and nationalities, delivering on time and on-budget milestones.
