Projects included in the submission (in order of appearance) were Tintagel House; a 12-storey, 100,000 sqft flexible workspace on Albert Embankment in Vauxhall, At Six Hotel; a 343-room hotel in Stockholm’s Brunkebergstorg Square housing one of Europe’s most ambitious contemporary art collections within a hotel, British Airways The Wing; a private check-in experience for First Class and Gold Card members at Heathrow Terminal 5 and The Pavilion; a public architectural pavilion for London Design Festival 2017 that was born from the ability of visual pattern and physical repetition to induce a state of mind known as ‘open awareness’; a form of attention achieved by the repetition of manual tasks which allow the mind to wander and creative thinking to flourish.
