Wilson Associates Appoints Managing Director for Shanghai Office

Lei Berger has been appointed as Managing Director of Wilson Associates’ Shanghai office.  

Since joining Wilson Associates 20 years ago, Lei has expanded Wilson’s global business network and propelled the firm’s China portfolio to new heights. After a decade in the firm’s Dallas design office, developing design concepts for high-profile clients such as Disney, Fairmont, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Sofitel and St. Regis, Lei moved to Shanghai to lead a successful expansion into the China market.

In 2010, Lei relocated to the Shanghai office, which first opened in 2004. She led the business development expansion in China and and helped increase its international presence. Lei was then promoted to Vice President, China, and was named Managing Director of the Shanghai office, in February 2018.
