The financial district of Dubai has a nice hotspot: the MINA Brasserie in the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC. Named after its celebrity chef, Michael Mina, the catering facility is a perfect place for luxurious dining and drinking. In the heart of the business area of Dubai – the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) – the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC is an ‘intimate home away from home’. The boutique-style sanctuary was designed for both productivity and relaxation, offering deluxe guest rooms and suites, but also a rooftop ‘glasswater’ pool, a club for cigar connoisseurs and a skybar with spectacular skyline views.

Lunch and dinner are served at the MINA Brasserie, a stylish and lively catering facility that specialises in hearty dishes by award-winning celebrity chef Michael Mina. The 70 square metres outdoor terrace of the MINA Brasserie has a pleasant atmosphere with lounge seating, olive trees and a splendid cocktail bar. A perfect place for business lunches, after work diners and sparkling parties.

Natural and durable

To complete the lounge-style scenery of the MINA Brasserie, the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC was looking for a durable terrace material with a natural, but also sleek look. Esthec Terrace proved to be the perfect answer. Subtle colour variations provide Esthec Terrace with a natural as well as stylish appearance. As for durability: made of fibreglass reinforced composite, the lightweight system is extremely strong. Esthec Terrace therefor meets the challenging conditions of high traffic terraces such as the MINA Brasserie. Also, Esthec Terrace is extremely wear resistant and thus ideal for the hot climate of Dubai. Another benefit: the system is easy to clean and needs very little maintenance.

A lounge-style terrace also means that a high level of comfort is required. Here too, Esthec Terrace is the best solution. The planks feel nice when walking the terrace in bare feet and there is no danger of the fibre splintering off. Also, the terrace stays cool even under the hot Dubai sun.
