In its 200th year, Duravit AG presented its new products at the ISH 2017 fair under the motto Your future bathroom.

ISH, the worlds leading trade fair for innovative bathroom design, energy-efficient heating and air-conditioning technology and renewable energies, took place from 14 to 18 March 2017 in Frankfurt. This year’s event drew approx. 200,000 visitors, of whom roughly one third came from outside Germany. Duravit AG took advantage of this opportunity to present their new products over an area spanning more than 1200 m2 and offer insight into its Bathroom of the future.

The initial two days received the largest audience, although many quality visitors were welcomed to the Duravit stand throughout the fair. We had some very good discussions, and they confirmed that our approach is the right one. Our new products and innovative technological developments met with a tremendous response from the industry, said Frank Richter, CEO of Duravit AG.

For Duravit as an exhibitor, the ISH is one of the most important platforms for presenting the full scope of our expertise such as the new Luv designer bathroom range in Nordic design, the striking form of Vero Air, and DuraSquare, a range that sets new standards in terms of clarity and precision. Nor should one overlook our three new ranges of tap fittings, many technological innovations and logical product developments.

In addition to positive feedback on our new products, we received a great deal of praise for our new fair stand. The design once again provided the trade with numerous inspirational ideas for using Duravit products in bathroom planning. In that regard, we are more than satisfied with the results.

The new products for 2017 were developed under the motto Your future bathroom. An attempt to make bathrooms of the future a reality today. The companys 200th anniversary has been a stepping stone to allow the designer bathroom manufacturer to thoroughly explore the concept of the bathroom of the future. We believe that it will be increasingly important to take a holistic approach to the interior design of the bathroom, said Frank Richter. For Duravit, this approach entails the combination of its three core competencies: highest quality, original design and comfort-enhancing technology.
