Naturalmat
Since 1999, Naturalmat has been making mattresses by hand using 100 per cent natural, sustainable fibres and certified organic wool sourced direct from farmers within a 50-mile radius of our factory on the banks of the River Exe in Devon.
The company started off making breathable mattresses for the marine industry and that boatyard is now a purpose-built bed and mattress factory monitored by the Soil Association, generating its own green electricity, where we now also craft bed frames and bedding, all still by hand. We proudly supply these to some of the leading city hotels, country retreats and island resorts around the world, whose guests all take delight in waking up from a natural night’s sleep.
