PERRIN & ROWE
Perrin & Rowe is celebrating 40 years of manufacturing high quality brassware with the launch of a new bathroom range. Hoxton demonstrates Perrin & Rowe’s flair for contemporary design, blending a slim, elegant profile with gently curving lines.
This year signals major expansion for Perrin & Rowe. In January a new showroom was launched in Shanghai, in recognition of the opportunities for British luxury brands in China. Closer to home, Perrin & Rowe has opened a showroom for design professionals at the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour. A long-planned move, this space showcases all the key Perrin & Rowe ranges – bathroom and kitchen, brassware and sanitary ware – and provides a meeting place for clients to discuss projects and seek specification advice.
For Phillip Cole, Perrin & Rowe’s Contracts Manager, the business is in the blood. His father Steve ran Perrin & Rowe before retiring in 2018, and Phillip is now leading the growth of the company with his brother and Sales Director David and General Manager, Ian Walker. Phillip is immensely positive about the future. “These are exciting times for Perrin & Rowe. I am very proud of the new showrooms, which really bring the brand to life. Our bathroom collections are frequently installed in luxury hotels – most recently in the extraordinary Adare Manor in Ireland – but I think these showrooms will offer designers a fantastic resource to encourage greater specification of our full range.”
When it comes to the brand’s British heritage, Phillip is especially passionate. “The new Hoxton range is a perfect example of our philosophy. Designed at our head office just outside London and forged at our foundry in the Black Country, Hoxton is made using traditional methods, enhanced by the latest technology. Perrin & Rowe’s raison d’etre is to create beautiful products to the highest possible standards, here in Britain.”
