Preferred Hotels & Resorts Announces Key Leadership Appointment in the UK

Rachel Louis, based in London, now serves as Regional Director of UK & Ireland. This new position is the latest in a series of appointments designed to support the brand’s continued development of new and existing hotel partnerships in the region.Rachel reports directly to Brenda Collin, Executive Vice President Europe.

In her new position, Rachel Louis will focus on the retention and expansion of the brand’s UK and Ireland portfolio, which currently consists of 31 member hotels, resorts, and residences. Prior to joining Preferred, for the last nine years, Rachel founded and operated a commercial hotel consultancy, extending sales representation services to independent, family-owned hotels. A highly experienced, commercial, sales and marketing specialist, she previously led teams at several luxury properties across London including The Dorchester, InterContinental London Park Lane, and Maybourne Hotel Group. Other career highlights include strategic consultancy roles at Bulgari Hotel London and The Zetter Group.
